About the Author
Hinesh Vithal was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and he is immortal. Well, he wishes that he was. He has lived most of his life in a previously segregated area of the country, a place voracious with hopes and dreams. He attained his honours degree in financial management and began his career at a large corporation. Working in the corporate environment, Hinesh assumed many roles but has always had a pressing feeling; an elusive idea that there was something missing. Hinesh combed the corners of his mind trying to understand what this gap constituted of in an attempt to fill this void. This search led him to his early years where he had created short stories as well as a series of poems. Through this journey of self-discovery and a brief holiday with ardent animal lovers to the famous Kruger National Park; the National Park Trilogy was born. Hinesh still resides in Johannesburg and lives happily with his wife and son in an environment arguably devoid of any wild animals.

Wonderfully entertaining, a real gem!!!

National Park follows the exploits of an affable young puggle (Raja) from the relative seclusion of suburbia to the great expanse of a game reserve, and the ensuing adventure he stumbles upon. A thoroughly unique and original story is enlivened by a rich ensemble of characters who are brought to life by a fluid narrative. Through Raja’s escapades, the author cleverly welds themes of courage, friendship and camaraderie with a plot of involving conspiracy, intrigue and cunning and an unexpected twist.
National Park is a great read and will find appeal with a broad audience, both young and old. A wonderfully compelling book and triumphant debut by a very talented writer! I look forward to the reading more from him.

Amazing book..taken me back to my childhood in my national park vacations

The book was exhilarating exciting and a must read for every child,teenager and adult..can't wait for the trilogy to continue...very well written and a definite joy to read.. The rating is based on the flow and the captivating writing style..thanks Hinesh for a great read and look forward to more from you

Magical read.

Brilliant read, I couldn't put the book down. The story was wonderfully told, complete with twists and turns keeping the reader in suspense. Lovely and insightful and a must for all those seeking some magic in their lives.
